If you are not pleased with a product, we will be glad to work out a satisfactory solution with a refund or replacement. Please do not throw the product away. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will provide you with the information you need to return the unused portion of the product to us and will gladly arrange pickup of the product. We will not refund or replace orders that are not shipped back to us. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package.
